The main house is fully furnished. This is essentially turn-key as it includes everything you'd need to get started. A 750 sq feet (70m2) storage shed houses a solar system, refrigerators, freezers, and tools. In addition, a second 150 sq feet (14m2) storage shed is full of gardening tools, parts, and accessories. The upper level of the property features small animal housing and a self-contained workshop for workers of 88 sq feet (8m2). Two boats are included in this package. The first one is a 26-foot-long w/ 90hp four-stroke motor and a 22-foot-long motor with a 40hp two-stroke motor. You will be ready to explore the area using your own boats.

The off-grid power plan comprises 49 solar panels, 6- 24 volt 100 amp hour lithium battery, an efficient 11kw-24v OutBack inverter/charger, and two gas/propane backup generators. The water-catching system is composed of 4x1,250 gal. (4,730 liters each) and supply both houses. An additional 600-gallon (2,270 liters) tank is used for small cleaning and watering houseplants. Totally sustainable.

The property is held in a registered Panamanian corporation for easy purchase. The Property has a clean right of possession and has all legal paperwork in place. It includes infrastructure and improvements.

Regarding language, many people speak English here even though Spanish is the first language in Panama. Also, you will live amongst a friendly local population where several expatriates worldwide speak multiple languages. The nearby village provides groceries, fuel, churches, schools, community activities, and boating activities like fishing, diving, and snorkeling. A taxi boat line is now available in Loma Partida.
